• No Concerns Submitted: Refunds are not provided if no concerns were raised about the delivered work.

• Tips: Refunds are not given for tips.

Change of Mind:

• Before Work Starts: If you request a refund before work begins, you may do so within one business day of placing the order by emailing us.
• After Work Starts: Refunds after work starts will only be considered if you have used at least three revisions. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued.

Late Delivery

We aim for on-time delivery. If we miss the deadline and you have made at least three contact attempts, a 50% refund may be given, provided you have evidence of the delay.

Inadequate Delivery

We strive for high-quality work. Refund requests will only be accepted if you have requested at least three revisions and communicated concerns three times within two weeks. All communication should be done through our official channels.
