By ordering any services from our website, you will be acknowledging that you have thoroughly checked out and understand the terms and conditions. Moreover, we will consider your order placement that you concede to our terms and abide by the conditions.

1.1 Payment

Our charges are transparent, and payments are only made in advance, including all the services we offer. You will be asked to make 100% payment to begin the process. Please note that there will be transaction and tax charges involved in the process, which are to be bear by the client only.

1.2 Prices

We offer discounts occasionally on our website, which can easily be availed by the client subject to its validity. However, we are entitled to modify the prices and discounts any time we want.

No notice will be made before the price modifications. Always confirm the quote before placing the order.

1.3 Return

Due to the nature of the services, we do not accept any returns on orders. Once we have delivered the services, it's totally your property, and we do not entertain any return claims.

Alternatively, you can opt for another route, such as editing and proofreading services. We have a rigorous revision process to ensure you are satisfied with the end results. Our editors will make the changes as per your feedback. However, if you feel that the content is still not up to the mark, our QA team will take over the case and start an internal audit. You will be given free revision or 'redo' of services from scratch free of cost. Remember, it is only valid for some instances.

1.4 Revision

Our revision claim duration varies for the different services we offer. You can, however, avail revisions within 5 -10 days after the sample/manuscript submission. Any claims after 15 days of approval duration will not be entertained.

The revision claim process begins after the submission of the manuscript. You can either approve it or simply ask the assigned project manager to make the changes. All the required changes have to be communicated clearly to avoid any further inconvenience.

Moreover, we also encourage our clients to mark our to make the changes by themselves to give our ghostwriters an idea of what you're looking for. Alternatively, you can share your reviews in a separate Word file so we can deliver them directly to the experts.

1.5 Refund Policy:

Your refund claims will be taken care of by our experts and will be judged on different parameters. It varies for different cases and severity of the issue. However, rest assured that our customer support will be at your disposal to rectify the situation at the earliest.

Refunds may take approximately 7- 16 days after the claim. A processing fee of 5% is charged to proceed further. Later, our customer support team will review your claim and situation to judge whether you're eligible for it or not. The results will be shared with you within the given time frame via email or a call.

Only a few clients are eligible for the refunds, and the cases are as follows:

Change of Mind:

• You can ask for a refund if the project isn't initiated and our writers haven't started working. In that case, you will be refunded 100% of the amount.
• If you change your mind and decide to abort the project for whatever reason, you can do that after consultation and before the order placement. If the order is placed, you can ask for a refund within an hour only.
• Every refund claim has to pass through a minimum of two revision processes to ensure your eligibility. In some cases (on detailed inspection), we refund the partial amount of 5% to the client, subject that the team needs to be compensated for the fulfilled services.

Delivery issues:

• We are fully committed to our work and always make the delivery before the deadline. You can ask for revisions and rewriting (in some cases) so you are delighted with our services. On any revision, the deadline will exceed and will be mutually decided by the client and our team.
• If we fail to make the delivery on time due to any reason from our end and it is proved that it's the company's fault, you will be entitled to a refund or a compensation.

What Nullify The Refunds?

• Delay caused by frequent revisions of the manuscript from customer's end.
• Any delay caused by clients due to late response or whatever reasons.
• Late delivery due to the tiniest revisions or modifications like formatting, minor editing etc.
• Refund claims after the 10-day duration will not be entertained. The duration starts once we return the sample/manuscript for approval.
